added resellers throughout North America. We specialize in the wholesale distribution
/ manufacturing accounting software industry. We are looking to add resellers
that have the in house expertise to make for a successful ASSIST
installation. We are looking for resellers that will add value
in the areas of local support and training. We offer various programs, based
upon the reseller's ability to service and support the client. These programs
range from our consultant reseller program to our value added reseller program.
Each program has an attractive introductory tier, which allows you to make money
on your very first sale.
RLA is still, and intends to continue to be, in the business of supporting
clients directly. What does this mean to you? We understand end user support
and put into practice what we preach. Since we are in the business of doing
custom modifications, we designed ASSIST
to be easily modified. Since we understand the value of ongoing
support revenues, we provide source code at no additional charge. Since we understand
how difficult end user support is, we have no intention of requiring you to
pay us a percentage of those revenues (like some other software companies have
started to require).
Our reseller fees are reasonable and are the extent of your annual cash outlay
to RLA. We understand that many software companies are now requiring
many additional thousands of dollars to be paid in mandatory training and other
fees. As stated above, some of these companies are requiring a percentage of
your annual client support revenues. Even though they did not contribute to
generating those fees, they somehow imagine they are entitled to participate
in your hard earned revenue. It appears to be more of an additional tax, just
to do business with them.
As I stated above, value add is a two way street. In addition to providing great
accounting software and expertise in the wholesale distribution / manufacturing
industries. We also actively promote ASSIST
and offer an optional lead generation program. This program
will allow you to review specifics about the lead and then decide if you want
to purchase that lead. We understand that new clients are hard to come by and
that you want a business partner that will help you to get new business. When
was the last time you got a lead from your software company? Does your current
relationship seem to be one way? Does is appear that you continue to pay them
annual fees, support the end user and bring them new business, and then get
very little in return.
ASSIST
is written in an advanced form of a graphical business basic, from BASIS
International. RLA and BASIS International are partners in
providing business application solutions. The BASIS environment allows
you to be platform independent, without changing the application software. You
can choose the operating system that gives you the best ROI. Linux, for instance,
has no user or annual fees and is now pre-installed by Dell.
